We are so delighted with our new home. My husband and I moved here from the UK and while we have tried to explore to see where we wanted to buy, we really needed a realtor who would be able to guide us on this. We sat down with them and explained are needs and requirements and Marie drew up a wish list. The team booked in a number of visits for one day and we saw a range of areas and a range of houses, all ticking some or all of our desired features. n nWe found our dream home that very day, ticking everything on our must-have list and coming close to everything on our wish list. We could not have asked for more as the location is just perfect - a ten minute walk from an amazing state park. n nWe moved in around five days ago and already love our home and know that we made the right choice. Harry is the best at showings, very honest and we respect his opinion! Not to mention Marie and I signed and completed the paperwork for our offer by candlelight during a storm. Moving is stressful, with all the things that NEED to be done, Heather took the stress away from me and handled everything during those last moments when things needed to get done fast. The last transaction we had with them was 8 years ago, since then then, they have been sending birthday presents to each member of my family every year, even when we aren't in the process of buying or selling!
